Refund policy

We have a 14-day Return/Exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a Return/Exchange 

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Full Examination/Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception with the courier waiting make sure its the right fit & right material! if you don't like it you can return it with the same courier, & kindly pay the shipping fees.

Damages and issues
contact us immediately if the item you received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The Fastest way to ensure you have your exchange in place is contacting us on our socials or send an email remadystarr@gmail.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a courier to take your order a return your money on your door 

in some cases money courier will take the order and the refund will be issued through bank transfer or Insta Pay if the order is returned after 7 days of the date of ordering for our team to check.

There is Refund Fees of 20 EGP issued above the shipping fees
so if your ordered an item for 1000 EGP

Refund = 1000 - 20 - Shipping Fees 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at remadystarr@gmail.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the item is damaged the tags are ripped of it or the item is not in its original state.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
